Job summary

viSole Group, a prominent healthcare company in Pakistan, imports and distributes medical devices and pharmaceuticals. The Rawalpindi office seeks a proactive Supply Chain Officer to streamline procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Organize procurement tasks such as obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders and following up with suppliers.


• Track stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of items.


• Work closely with warehouse staff to manage receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.


• Monitor pending purchase and customer orders, ensuring on‑time delivery.


• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.


• Oversee order processing, shipment status and any outstanding deliveries.


• Assist in demand forecasting and material requirements planning.


• Handle import paperwork, shipment tracking and customs clearance.


• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and generate inventory and procurement reports.

Who Should Apply

• Graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.


• At least one year of hands‑on supply chain experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical‑device sector.
