Job summary

Attock Cement Pakistan Limited in Karachi invites an experienced Manager (Supply Chain) to lead and optimize supply chain operations at our Clifton head office. Qualifications

• MBA / equivalent qualification, preferably with specialization in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, materials management, and supplier coordination.
• Experience in the cement, construction materials, or process manufacturing industry; SAP experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Age not more than 50 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with business and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead supply and material planning to ensure uninterrupted availability of critical materials, spares, consumables, and other operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stockholding while ensuring continuity of operations.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Mechanical, Finance, Stores and other relevant functions.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance, delivery schedules, service levels, and overall supply reliability.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop appropriate contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions.
• Analyze demand, consumption patterns, inventory trends, lead times, and supply chain KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive initiatives for cost optimization, inventory reduction, process improvement, and enhanced supply chain efficiency.
• Oversee logistics and material movement to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Establish and monitor appropriate supply chain performance indicators and prepare periodic management reports.
• Ensure adherence to Company policies, procedures, controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

L ooking for an experienced and dynamic professional for theposition of Manager (Supply Chain) located at our head office in Clifton, Karachi.
