Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of inventory and store management.
• Familiarity with local procurement procedures and related paperwork.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate inventory records, track stock levels and ensure proper storage.
• Process purchase requests, obtain vendor quotations and oversee timely procurement.
• Arrange transportation, coordinate deliveries and manage movement of goods between locations.
• Maintain related documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes and stock registers.
