Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions seeks a Technical Bidding Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on bidding experience for software development contracts. You will analyze briefs, scope software solutions, and craft tailored technical proposals for Upwork and secondary platforms.

You will be the first point of contact for technical buyers, establishing our agency's authority before involving the engineering team. Work Location: Valencia, Lahore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on Technical Bidding experience for software development agencies or IT services.
• Ability to read and break down technical project briefs, including AI and custom web apps.
• Verifiable Upwork bidding, qualifying, and closing software development projects.
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear criteria, questions and milestones.
• Strong written English with bespoke proposals, not AI templates.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming Upwork project briefs daily.
• Assess feasibility, scope, and client fit.
• Draft high-converting, tailored proposals per client requirements and tech stack.
• Handle initial client responses and discovery questions.
• Present technical case studies and live demos to build confidence.
• Track proposal activity, responses, and win metrics.
