Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development for IT services.
• Proven experience bidding on software development, AI/ML, web development, mobile development, and staff augmentation projects.
• Strong understanding of client requirements and proposal writing.
• Experience managing Upwork profiles, lead generation, and client communication.
• Excellent written English and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids, follow-ups, and project opportunities simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities
