Job summary

Accelerec Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager for a permanent, onsite role in Pakistan. You will develop strategic account plans, lead SaaS sales, and cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account management, solid CRM and presentation skills, and fluency in English and Urdu. You will negotiate contracts and coordinate with sales, support and product teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in account management, with a strong emphasis on SaaS sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or a Bachelor''s in Science is also acceptable.
• Proven expertise in SaaS sales methodologies and strategies.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned key accounts.
• Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our HR technology solutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant SaaS products and services.
• Effectively negotiate contracts and terms of service to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and proactive problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to deliver seamless client experiences.
