Job summary

ApplyBoard Inc. is seeking a partner-facing account and sales representative to manage differentiated institution partners, driving enrollment growth and alignment with internal recruitment teams.

You will execute recruitment strategies, optimize partnerships, and ensure successful adoption of services while coordinating with admissions and operations. The role requires 2–3 years in account management or sales in education, a Bachelor's degree, and strong CRM and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in education.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute Recruitment Strategies to meet enrollment goals for differentiated partners.
• Increase conversion rates through RP activation, training, and strategy alignment.
• Ensure adoption of premium and differentiated services and integrations.
• Develop and customize engagement and reporting models for each institution partner.
• Serve as the main liaison between institutional stakeholders and ApplyBoard teams.
