ApplyBoard Inc is seeking an Enterprise Recruitment Manager to lead day-to-day management of differentiated institution partners from Lahore. The role focuses on recruitment strategy, enrollment growth, and executive liaison with internal teams to drive partner success.

The candidate will oversee conversion tactics, partner training, and reporting, while maintaining strong relationships with institutions and supporting recruitment enablement initiatives across the network.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of enrollment processes within differentiated institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals for differentiated partners.
• Increase conversion rates via partner activation and alignment with institutional priorities.
• Maintain CRM records and partner data daily.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address partner priorities and resolve issues.
• Lead monthly partner syncs and conduct workshops or training as needed.
