Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is seeking a procurement professional to join its National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA) foundation team. The role involves supporting end-to-end procurement, drafting documentation, and ensuring transparency with audit trails.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree (16 years) in a related field and have a minimum of 4 years’ procurement experience, with knowledge of tendering, contract documentation, and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience (public sector preferred).
• Knowledge of procurement rules, tendering processes, and contract documentation.
• Strong documentation, coordination and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end procurement processes in accordance with procurement rules and SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain procurement plans and trackers with timelines and budgets.
• Draft and process procurement documentation including RFQs/RFPs, terms, evaluation reports and award notes for approvals.
• Ensure procurement activities are transparent, time-bound and fully documented with audit trails.
• Coordinate with user departments to finalize technical specs and timelines; ensure clarifications documented and shared with bidders.
• Support contract administration and vendor onboarding including POs/contracts and handover records.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor files and support vendor performance monitoring against SLAs.
• Support procurement reporting and analytics for management review and audits.
• Coordinate resolution of procurement-related issues through documented communications.
