Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited is seeking a Pricing & Margin Lead to drive corridor pricing, FX margins, and revenue performance across sending-to-payout corridors and products. You will partner with Treasury, Growth, Operations, Finance, and Technology to ensure pricing decisions are commercially effective, controlled, and accurately implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years in pricing, revenue management, FX, payments, remittance, or financial services
• Strong understanding of multi-currency pricing, FX margins, corridor economics, and transaction-based revenue models

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing, FX margins, charges, rebates, and revenue across all corridors and products.
• Monitor competitor rates and market movements to maintain competitive pricing.
• Review corridor profitability including FX income, charges, rebates, costs, and total revenue.
• Analyse transaction volumes, average size, revenue per transaction, and margin performance.
• Recommend pricing changes based on business performance, market conditions, and targets.
• Maintain pricing rules/configuration for each sending country, payout country, payout partner, and product.
