Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based multinational company specializing in online remittance. We seek a Partner Success Executive to manage strategic partner relationships, monitor SLAs, and drive growth through collaboration with internal teams across operations, compliance, product, and finance.

The role requires a strong communicator with analytical acumen and the ability to coordinate multiple partnerships while identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion in corridor networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in remittance services or financial partnerships is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze corridor performance and provide data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned partners and manage relationships.
• Monitor partner performance against SLAs and address deviations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Product, Finance to resolve escalations.
• Conduct corridor health-checks and performance evaluations.
• Support strategic initiatives and new corridor launches.
• Build trust-based relationships and align solutions with partner needs.
• Stay updated on remittance market trends and network developments.
• Prepare reports on partnership performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive continuous process improvements within the partner ecosystem.
