Eila Solutions is seeking a Head of Pricing & Margin in Lahore, Pakistan, to own pricing strategy and revenue growth across corridors for a FinTech client. Lead governance, manage margins, and scale the pricing function with a strategic impact.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in pricing/revenue management, strong SQL and BI skills, and a proven track record leading pricing teams. This is a senior full-time role with significant influence and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 8+ years in pricing/revenue management in FinTech, payments, remittance, FX, or other high-volume transaction businesses.
• Minimum 3 years in a dedicated pricing/revenue leadership role.
• Strong understanding of FX pricing, fee structures, transaction economics, and unit-level profitability.

• Own take rate, revenue per transaction, and pricing margins across corridors.
• Develop and govern the pricing rulebook, including margin floors, tolerance bands, and promotional pricing.
• Lead corridor pricing managers, pricing operations, and analysts.
• Manage pricing and rate-automation platforms, approval controls, and pricing processes.
• Monitor competitor pricing based on the actual customer rate + fees.
• Optimize pricing based on transaction economics, costs, FX, fees, and profitability.

Eila Solutions is hiring for its FinTech client for a senior pricing leader to own pricing strategy, transaction margins, corridor economics, and pricing governance across the organization.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Budget: PKR 400,000 – 500,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Own take rate, revenue per transaction, and pricing margins across corridors.
• Develop and govern the pricing rulebook, including margin floors, tolerance bands, and promotional pricing.
• Lead corridor pricing managers, pricing operations, and analysts.
• Manage pricing and rate-automation platforms, approval controls, and pricing processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in pricing/revenue management within FinTech, payments, remittance, FX, or other high-volume transaction businesses
• Minimum 3 years in a dedicated pricing/revenue leadership role
• Strong understanding of FX pricing, fee structures, transaction economics, and unit-level profitability
• Experience managing regional/corridor-level pricing and economics
• Experience with governed pricing, controlled changes, pricing committees, or regulated price-setting
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI/analytics tools
• Knowledge of Python/R or statistical analysis is preferred
• Proven experience leading pricing/revenue teams
• Strong commercial, analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Quantitative degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred
