Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited is seeking a commercially sharp Pricing & Margin Lead to manage corridor pricing, FX margins, fee structures and revenue performance across sending-to-payout corridors and products.

You will translate competitor movements and transaction data into pricing recommendations, ensure governance and four-eye controls, and collaborate with Treasury, Growth, Finance, Operations and Technology to protect margins while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in pricing, revenue management, FX, payments or financial services.
• Strong multi-currency pricing and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/SQL or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing, FX margins, charges and revenue across corridors and products.
• Recommend pricing changes based on performance, market conditions and targets.
• Identify corridor strategies: growth, revenue focus or balanced pricing.
• Monitor market and competitor rates to keep pricing competitive.
• Ensure governance, four-eye controls and accurate rate configuration.
• Support automation of rates, revenue analysis and pricing recommendations.
• Prepare regular pricing and margin reports for management.
