Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited, a UK-based company, is seeking a Treasury Team Lead to manage daily treasury operations from Pakistan, ensuring liquidity planning, settlements, and FX support with strong controls.

You will lead the treasury team, coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders, and drive improvements to policies, processes, and reporting while maintaining accurate incident logs and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional qualification in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management preferred.
• Minimum 4-6 years in Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, Cash Management, or Financial Services.
• Experience in cash-flow forecasting, bank funding, settlements, reconciliations, and FX.
• Strong knowledge of treasury controls, maker-checker processes, and operational risk.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; treasury systems and bank portals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Treasury Operations team.
• Monitor daily cash balances, liquidity positions, and funding needs.
• Ensure bank accounts are funded on time within cut-off times.
• Plan funding for weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods.
• Oversee local and international settlements and timelines.
• Review pending transactions, failed payments, and settlement exceptions.
• Ensure reconciliations are accurate and breaks resolved on time.
• Monitor limits, counterparty exposure, and risk indicators.
