Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking an experienced Payment Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end payment processes across pay-in and pay-out channels, ensure security, efficiency and regulatory compliance across borders.

You will manage provider relationships, monitor performance, and drive improvements in routing, reconciliations and incident response within the Operations function reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in payment operations, payments or reconciliation roles within banking, fintech, PSP or remittance.
• Strong understanding of payment operations in money transfer, fintech, PSP or financial services.
• Experience managing high-volume transaction flows and reconciliation controls.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations including PCI and AML/CFT.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews.
• People management or team leadership experience desirable.

• Oversee end-to-end payment processes across pay-in channels and settlements.
• Maintain robust controls and identify risks with mitigations.
• Analyze performance data and drive root-cause driven improvements.
• Lead provider management and negotiations to meet SLAs.
• Drive governance, resilience, incident response and regulatory compliance.
