Job summary

ACE Money Transfer, a UK-based multinational with a Lahore office, seeks Head of Pricing & Margin to own take-rate across corridors and govern the pricing rulebook. The role reports to no single function, sits in a standalone vertical, and covers European trading hours on a rota.

You will lead pricing managers and analysts, drive revenue per transaction, and ensure fair, compliant pricing under the UK Consumer Duty framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue management or pricing in high-volume environments.
• Experience in governed pricing, price-change controls and pricing committees.
• Strong understanding of transaction economics including FX pricing and fee structures.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue per transaction on the pricing side.
• Own the pricing rulebook as versioned configuration.
• Lead the Corridor Pricing Managers.
• Act as business owner of the pricing and rate-automation platform.
