Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited is seeking a System & Process Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of the System & Process Department. You will support the SPD Lead by developing and implementing policies in collaboration with stakeholders and by providing operational support to multiple departments to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities include auditing processes, coordinating improvements, training stakeholders, and driving automation across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with strong communication and policy writing skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the System & Process Department (SPD).
• Develop and implement policies and procedures with stakeholder collaboration.
• Audit current processes and coordinate improvements.
• Train stakeholders on new processes for effective implementation.
• Analyze processes and coordinate optimization with signoffs.
• Communicate process changes to affected parties.
• Automate processes by developing and implementing systems.
