Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Customer Experience Officer/Executive to ensure a seamless remittance journey for customers. You will manage inquiries, complaints, and feedback, while promoting compliant and empathetic service across channels.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams, maintain CRM records, and educate customers on digital channels. Fresh graduates with strong communication are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or commerce.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, fintech preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication may be considered.
• Experience in remittance/banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Handle inquiries on remittance transactions and account setup.
• Monitor end-to-end customer journey and suggest improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, data protection).
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up to closure.
• Maintain records in the CRM system.
• Support in preparing reports on feedback and service performance.
• Educate customers on digital channels and self-service options.
