Job summary

TPL Insurance in Karachi is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage institutional clients, coordinate claims and renewals, and build strong long-term relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams and external brokers to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining accurate client records.

The role requires 3-5 years in institutional sales or client servicing in insurance, a bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales or client servicing in insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of insurance and health claims processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple portfolios simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims for institutional clients by coordinating claim submissions, providing timely client updates, following up on approvals, and facilitating cheque/payment processing.
• Facilitate issuance of performance bonds, PPRs, acknowledgements, and confirmations, ensuring all required documentation, approvals, and client requirements are properly coordinated.
• Handle client servicing and quotations by managing renewals, preparing and following up on quotations, addressing client queries, and coordinating with brokers and institutional clients.
• Manage motor and non-motor insurance portfolios, including Fire and Miscellaneous insurance, by handling client requests, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of service requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and MIS, including policy, claims, and account-related information, while keeping stakeholder and client contact details updated.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of client requirements, timely resolution of issues, and effective delivery of services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding key account requirements, providing responsive support, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
