Job summary

hrsi, a Karachi-based company, seeks a Junior/Middle Management professional for Key Accounts to drive sales, expand market share, and protect existing client bases. The role focuses on client relationships, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring timely POL supplies.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of relevant experience, 16 years of education (Master's preferred), and strong communication skills for effective negotiations and account management in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing sales volume and acquire new business accounts in the assigned area for enhancing sales volumes and profitability.
• Develop understanding of key account needs; build trusting relationships between clients and agency.
• Coordinate communications between key clients and internal teams to address issues and approvals.
• Ensure execution of POL supplies on receipt of customer orders and respond to queries promptly.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth POL supplies and field execution.
• Conduct regular field visits to customer sites for negotiations and issue resolution.
• Reconcile customer accounts and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts.
• Comply with SOPs, HSE procedures and management guidelines to ensure safe marketing activities.
