Job summary

The Citizens Foundation seeks a senior Transformation Lead to partner with Formal Schools leadership, aligning digital initiatives with operational goals. You will identify opportunities across school operations, drive end-to-end delivery, and redesign processes that are manual or fragmented.

You will translate business needs into requirements and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Requires BS/BBA in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
Proven expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives at scale.
Strong analytical and structured thinking with results focus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic technology and transformation partner to Formal Schools leadership.
Identify, prioritize, and shape automation, digitization, and transformation opportunities across school operations.
Drive end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives from discovery to scaling.
Map and redesign manual, fragmented processes for efficiency gains.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with IT and vendors.
Oversee digitization of school processes into OMS and enterprise platforms and ensure integration.
