Job summary

NETSOL Technologies Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end initiatives across Finance, HR, Sales and Operations. You will own the transformation roadmap, partner with executives and deliver measurable business outcomes through process redesign, automation and AI enablement.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong program management, governance and benefits tracking, with collaboration across AI, Data, Engineering and Automation teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience across Finance, HR, Sales and Operations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Generative AI, intelligent automation or process mining.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe.

The Enterprise Transformation Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for identifying, prioritising and delivering transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations and other corporate functions. Reporting directly to the VP of AI, this role combines business transformation, process redesign, automation, AI adoption and technology enablement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Proven track record delivering automation, digital and AI-enabled transformation
• Experience developing business cases, operating models and value-realisation frameworks
• Strong executive stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work hands-on and drive delivery
• Experience with Generative AI, intelligent automation or process mining
• Lean Six Sigma, BPM or Operational Excellence expertise
• Experience in an AI Lab, Transformation Office or Consulting environment
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe
