Job summary

The Citizen Foundation is seeking a Deputy Manager- School Relations to expand TCF Impact Interventions' reach in the assigned territory by building partnerships with Low-Fee Private Schools and driving enrollment in teacher training and publishing programs.

You will manage partner relationships, support CRM data, and ensure timely delivery of training and resources while meeting volume and value targets in collaboration with the Senior Manager - Operations.

Responsibilities

• Territory development: own and manage an assigned geographic territory to expand the reach of TCF Impact Interventions.
• Partner discovery: identify, map, and maintain a database of Low-Fee Private Schools and education bodies within the territory.
• School outreach: conduct regular school visits to build relationships with owners, principals and decision-makers.
• Solution-based selling: assess partner needs and promote suitable TCF education solutions, including Dastak Teacher Training and School Publishing books.
• Sales & revenue: achieve volume and value targets, manage a pipeline, convert leads to active partners, and pursue repeat business.
• Relationship management: act as the primary relationship manager for partner schools with regular engagement and responsive support.
• Product adoption & implementation: conduct orientations, facilitate book distributions, onboard and implement TCF products for schools.
• Exhibitions & events: represent TCF at exhibitions, promote products, and generate institutional leads.
• CRM, inventory & operations: assist in CRM maintenance, reports, stock monitoring, and order fulfilment.
• Sales operations & reporting: keep records, invoicing, payments, and provide market insights.
