Job summary

Prime System Solutions seeks an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to advise business leaders, drive HR strategy, and ensure alignment between business goals and people practices. The HRBP will also serve as a key contact for client communication and HR delivery.

Responsibilities include strategic HR partnership, stakeholder management, employee relations, and performance/talent management, with a strong emphasis on compliance and end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with prior experience in an HRBP, Employer branding, People Engagement or People Experience role.
• Strong experience in client-facing HR roles or managing external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and own initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Align HR strategies with business objectives and lead workforce planning, design and engagement initiatives.
• Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders; manage regular communications and escalations.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Performance & Talent Management: Oversee performance cycles, goal setting, and development planning; collaborate with TA and L&D to meet business needs.
