Job summary

Motive is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals and act as a consultant to managers and staff on HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change.

In this role you will partner with managers to drive effective performance processes, support organizational changes, and ensure policy consistency across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR in generalist or HRBP capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations; problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
• Partner with managers to implement effective performance management processes.
• Support organizational change initiatives and communicate changes to employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies with COEs; ensure consistent policy application.
• Track and analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
