AEG Consulting is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities within HR Outsourcing and Recruitment Consultancy services. You will engage with corporate clients, build relationships with HR leaders, and drive revenue growth.

Based in Karachi Clifton area, this on-site role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in HR Outsourcing, Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing or HR Services preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients for HR outsourcing, recruitment, and staffing services.
• Generate new business leads through different networks.
• Develop relationships with HR Managers, HR Heads, CEOs and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment and HR outsourcing requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain sales pipelines and follow up with prospective clients.
• Build long-term corporate partnerships and generate repeat business.
