Job summary

Fly Jinnah in Karachi is seeking an experienced HR payroll and planning specialist to manage end-to-end payroll cycles, budgeting support, HR systems, and policy administration. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of workforce costs.

The role requires a bachelor’s in HR/BA, professional HR certification, and 6–8 years of relevant experience with HRIS and payroll platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD/SHRM/PHR) preferred.
• Fluent in English and local languages.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll cycle including preparation, validation, reconciliation, and processing.
• Review and process payroll transactions including attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct payroll audits, reconcile variances, and resolve discrepancies per policy.
