Job summary

Indus Hospital in Islamabad is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage personnel records, assist in job analysis, coordinate payroll, recruitment, and workforce planning, and ensure adherence to policies.

The role requires 5 years total experience with 2–3 years in a similar role, a postgraduate degree in HR, strong communication, and proficient MS Office; you will collaborate with Islamabad/Karachi offices and audits.

Qualifications

• 5 years total experience with 2–3 years in a similar HR role.
• Ability to work in a complex environment with tight deadlines and pressure.
• Proven report writing skills and strong communication.
• History of making decisions with minimal guidance in line with policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personnel records are properly maintained and up to date in HRIS/HMIS.
• Manage job analysis and development of job descriptions/specifications with department supervisors.
• Coordinate payroll release timely with relevant departments while maintaining accuracy.
• Evaluate and conduct recruitment and placement activities per policies.
• Determine workforce needs and proactively follow up on vacancies.
• Plan and develop orientation materials for new employees.
• Maintain staff attendance records, leaves and EOBI per SOPs.
• Coordinate with Islamabad/Karachi offices on HR matters.
• Manage staff benefits within grant budget and assist in related budgets.
• Prepare documents for internal/external audits.
• Any other HR tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
