Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines via networks, referrals, portals, and platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and final selections with Operations Manager.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and probation follow-ups.
• Support HR policies, performance reviews, and payroll inputs.
