Job summary

Flipdish is hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Karachi hub and other markets. You will partner with hiring managers and People teams to drive sourcing, interviewing, offers, and handover while building strong candidate pipelines.

You will use data, AI and automation to improve recruitment processes, ensuring a fair, efficient and high-quality candidate experience across multiple functions and levels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruitment experience across full lifecycle, not just scheduling.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with passive candidate engagement.
• Clear, professional English communication with stakeholders and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and balance priorities.
• Comfort using AI/tools to improve efficiency while upholding fairness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles with Karachi focus.
• Define requirements with hiring managers and align interview processes.
• Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Conduct structured recruiter screens and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Ensure timely, informative candidate communication and experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and dashboards for reporting.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows without compromising quality.
