Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Ability to design and optimize keyword research, audiences, bidding, budgets and campaign structure.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, GA4 and Google Ads actions.
• Ability to build meaningful performance reports, monitor KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA and improving lead quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and ensure accurate measurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks with hands-on optimization.
• Develop and execute campaign strategy including keyword research and budgeting.
• Implement and verify conversion tracking with GTM, GA4 and enhanced conversions.
• Produce regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Google Ads Management: Extensive hands-on experience with Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
• Campaign Strategy: Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
• Conversion Tracking & Attribution: Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Google Ads conversion actions, enhanced conversions, and tracking implementation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Ability to build meaningful performance reports, analyze campaign data, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Performance Optimization: Experience improving conversion rates, reducing cost per acquisition (CPA), improving lead quality, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Data Analysis: Ability to troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, validate conversion data, and ensure accurate campaign measurement.
