Progressive Marketing is seeking an experienced Google Ads Expert to own paid advertising campaigns for offshore and US-based clients. You will drive strategy, execution, and optimization across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube to maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and delivering quality lead generation through data-driven decisions and precise reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Ability to design and optimize keyword research, audiences, bidding, budgets and campaign structure.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, GA4 and Google Ads actions.
• Ability to build meaningful performance reports, monitor KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA and improving lead quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and ensure accurate measurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks with hands-on optimization.
• Develop and execute campaign strategy including keyword research and budgeting.
• Implement and verify conversion tracking with GTM, GA4 and enhanced conversions.
• Produce regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Drive improvements in conversion rate, CPA and ROAS.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in data and ensure measurement accuracy.
