Responsibilities

• Promote cement sales and protect the company’s interests in the assigned market.
• Strengthen loyalty and efficiency among existing key account customers.
• Identify and onboard new customers in line with assigned key accounts.
• Manage Government and Public Sector customers, including B2B services from order processing through payment and after-sales support.
• Increase conversion of major-volume credit customers to advance cash customers.
• Manage inter-departmental and intra-departmental reporting along with effective credit management.
• Achieve commercial excellence through incremental pricing vs general trade.
• Provide timely guidance and resolve day-to-day customer and business-related issues.
