Bestway Cement Limited is seeking a Sr. Deputy Manager – Sales to drive cement sales growth, strengthen relationships with key accounts, and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.

The role covers government and public sector customers, credit management, pricing improvements, and day-to-day issue resolution, requiring a BBA/MBA in Marketing and 10–12 years of experience.

Qualifications

• BBA or MBA in Marketing is required.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Promote cement sales and protect the company’s interests in the assigned market.
• Strengthen loyalty and efficiency among existing key account customers.
• Identify and onboard new customers in line with assigned key accounts.
• Manage Government and Public Sector customers, including B2B services from order processing through payment and after-sales support.
• Increase conversion of major-volume credit customers to advance cash customers.
• Manage inter-departmental and intra-departmental reporting along with effective credit management.
• Achieve commercial excellence through incremental pricing vs general trade.
• Provide timely guidance and resolve day-to-day customer and business-related issues.
