Job summary

JazzWorld in Multan is seeking a SpecialistData Center Infra Operations to lead core-site infra activities, including power systems, cooling, fire systems, and cabling, while managing vendors.

The role reports to the Manager Data Center Infra Operation and requires 3+ years of telecom/data center experience, strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to travel and work extended hours.

Qualifications

• B-TEC / Diploma / Equivalence certification in Telecommunication/Power required.
• 3+ years of telecom industry experience with data center operations focus.
• Strong communication skills and vendor management abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Site owner of assigned Core Sites in the region.
• DCIO activities at Core sites.
• Preventative & Corrective maintenance for power & environment.
• Fault diagnosis & root cause analysis.
• Vendor management with KPI adherence.
• Support special project executions.

Specialist DCIO should have hands on experience in Vendor Management to deliver assigned tasks & routines. Hands on experience in High Capacity Power Systems ( ATS , DGs , Rectifier , UPS ) installation, maintenance & troubleshooting. Hands on experience in Data Center Cooling Systems, Fire Systems installation & operation. Should have knowledge of Telcom First Line Maintenance (FLM) activities. Hands on experience in Data Center Cabling standards, patching & laying. Team player and flexibility.

• Site owner of assigned Core Sites in the region.
• Data Center Infra Operations ( DCIO) activities at Core sites.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenances (CM) activities covering Power & Environment of core location.
• Fault diagnosing & troubleshooting.
• Root Cause Analysis of occurred faults.
• Vendor Management.
• Ensuring KPIs as per SLA.
• Special Project executions.

Required Technical Skills

• B-TEC / Diploma / Equivalence Certification in Telecommunication/Power
• 3 + Years of Experience in Telecom Industry and recent focus on Data Center & Core sites facility operations.
• Communication skills

• Frequent travelling within region on regular basics.
