Job summary

JazzWorld in Multan is seeking an experienced Specialist Data Center Infra Operations to manage core sites, coordinate infra activities, and ensure uptime of critical power, cooling, and cabling systems.

You will report to the Manager Data Center Infra Operations, drive preventive and corrective maintenance, perform fault diagnosis, and manage key vendors. Regular travel within the region is required to support multiple core locations.

Responsibilities

• Site owner of assigned Core Sites in the region.
• Data Center Infra Operations ( DCIO) activities at Core sites.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenances (CM) activities covering Power & Environment of core location.
• Fault diagnosing & troubleshooting.
• Root Cause Analysis of occurred faults
• Vendor Management
• Ensuring KPIs as per SLA.
• Special Project executions.

What is SpecialistData Center Infra Operations and what does SpecialistData Center Infra Operations do?

The role reports to the Manager Data Center Infra Operation. We are looking for an experienced SpecialistData Center Infra Operations to carry out operational activities at Core and Data center facility .

Specialist DCIO should have hands on experience in Vendor Management to deliver assigned tasks & routines . Hands on experience in High Capacity Power Systems ( ATS , DGs , Rectifier , UPS ) installation, maintenance & troubleshooting . Hands on experience in Data Center Cooling Systems, Fire Systems installation & operation. Should have knowledge of Telcom First Line Maintenance (FLM) activities. Hands on experience in Data Center Cabling standards, patching & laying. Team player and flexibility.

Required Technical Skills

• B-TEC / Diploma / Equivalence Certification in Telecommunication/Power
• 3 + Years of Experience in Telecom Industry and recent focus on Data Center & Core sites facility operations.
• Communication skills
• Vendor management
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Flexible to work in extended hours and weekends
• Frequent travelling within region on regular basics.
