Qualifications

• Diploma in Telecommunication/Power or equivalent.
• 3+ years in telecom with data center/core site ops.
• Strong communication and vendor management.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends.
• Frequent regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Site owner of assigned Core Sites in the region.
• Data Center Infra Operations (DCIO) activities at Core sites.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenances (CM) of Power & Environment.
• Fault diagnosis & troubleshooting.
• Root Cause Analysis of faults.
• Vendor Management.
• Ensuring KPIs as per SLA.
• Special Project executions.
