Motive is seeking a Spanish-speaking Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team supporting SMB customers across diverse industries. You will build executive relationships, run product demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow revenue while ensuring customer success.

In this fast-paced, quota-driven role, you’ll survey prospects, identify pain points, renew contracts, and continually refine your strategy while deepening your knowledge of Motive’s platform and market trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant or transferable work experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong ownership, leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence internal and external decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships and understand client business to identify growth opportunities.
• Survey prospects to align needs with Motive solutions.
• Demo Motive software to fleet managers and strategic SMB customers.
• Collaborate with account team to support and grow customers.
• Support contract renewals and minimize churn.
• Resolve issues and propose best available solutions.
• Plan to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
• Understand Motive technology platform and market trends.
