Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships and identify growth opportunities within SMB clients.
• Survey prospects to understand pain points and align with Motive solutions.
• Demo Motive software to fleet managers and SMB customers.
• Collaborate with customer success, support, product and sales engineers to grow accounts.
• Support renewals with proactive engagement to minimize churn.
• Identify issues, think critically, and implement best solutions.
• Plan to meet revenue quotas and business goals.
• Deeply understand Motive's platform and market trends for consultative insight.
