Job summary

Motive is seeking a Spanish-speaking Account Manager to join our fast-paced, quota-driven sales team. You will manage SMB customers, develop executive relationships, run product demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand revenue.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, has 2+ years in account management, demonstrates ownership, leadership, and a consultative approach to solve client pain points while aligning Motive solutions with their business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant or transferable work experience (post a higher education degree).
• Bilingual English & Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
• Proven ability to own opportunities from identification to closing.
• Leadership and/or management experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong executive relationships and understand each client’s business to identify growth opportunities within SMB accounts.
• Survey prospects to understand pain points and align needs with Motive solutions.
• Demo Motive software and solutions to fleet managers and strategic SMB customers.
• Collaborate with account team members to support and grow customers.
• Support contract renewals by engaging clients on upcoming renewals and reducing churn.
• Resolve problems by identifying issues and implementing best available solutions.
• Plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
• Develop deep understanding of Motive technology and use market feedback to iterate
• Study market trends to provide consultative insights.
