Job summary

Motive is seeking a Spanish speaking Account Manager to expand our SMB customer base across the US market. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, demo Motive software to fleet managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize renewal rates and expansion opportunities.

You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, fluent in English and Spanish, and possess a record of building executive relationships and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of relevant or transferable work experience.
• Leadership or management experience with stakeholder influence.
• Ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships and understand client business to identify growth opportunities within SMB base.
• Survey prospects to identify pain points and align with Motive solutions.
• Demo Motive software to fleet managers and strategic SMB customers.
• Collaborate with account team, customer success, support, product specialists, and data analytics to grow customers.
