Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships and identify growth opportunities within SMBs.
• Survey prospects to align pain points with Motive solutions.
• Demo Motive software to fleet managers and key SMB customers.
• Collaborate with customer success, support, product, and sales teams to grow accounts.
• Support contract renewals and minimize churn.
• Resolve issues and implement optimal solutions.
• Plan to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
• Deepen understanding of Motive platform and market trends.
