Custodex Solutions, a Lahore-based BPO, seeks a Spanish Customer Support professional to assist customers with courteous, timely service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. You will handle inquiries in Spanish, follow scripts, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Required are fluent Spanish, good English communication, and a customer-focused approach with empathy and active listening.

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish with strong comprehension and professional communication.

We are seeking a Spanish Customer Support professional to assist customers with clear, courteous, and timely service while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
