Custodex Solutions, a Lahore-based BPO, seeks a Spanish Customer Support professional to assist customers with courteous, timely service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. You will handle inquiries in Spanish, follow scripts, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Required are fluent Spanish, good English communication, and a customer-focused approach with empathy and active listening.

Competenze

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish with strong comprehension and professional communication.
• Good command of English for internal communication, documentation, and process training.
• Customer-focused approach with patience, empathy, and effective active-listening skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly and handle challenging conversations calmly.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and escalation skills.
• Accurate data entry and confidence using CRM, ticketing, and office applications.
• Ability to follow scripts, workflows, quality standards, and confidentiality procedures.
• Reliable time management and ability to meet performance targets in a team-based support operation.
• Previous BPO, banking support, centre, or customer service experience is advantageous.
