Job summary

FlowHCM in Karachi seeks a Solution Engineer (Regulatory Operations) to join our permanent team. You will investigate logs, provide Level 2 support, and perform configurations and testing in proto environments, with production rollouts and issue resolution under tight deadlines.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Development and Client Support, analyzing user requirements, creating technical specs, and maintaining knowledge bases while ensuring accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
• Experience with regulatory operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate logs and resolve assigned tickets.
• Provide Level 2 support and troubleshoot escalated queries.
• Perform configurations and testing in proto environments.
• Roll out configuration changes in Production.
• Handle real-time Production issues and provide optimum solutions.
• Assign/escalate issues with complete details promptly.
• Communicate complex issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyze/document user requirements and create technical specs.
• Deliver all assigned projects and tasks efficiently.
• Provide estimations of work and coordinate with Team Lead and GOPS.
• Collaborate with Customer/Client support, Relationship management, IT, Development and other Operations teams.
• Review, manage and maintain knowledge base.
• Possess SQL/DB knowledge.

Core Responsibilities:

• Able to investigate logs and provide resolution to assigned tickets.
• Provide Level 2 support and troubleshoot escalated queries.
• Perform configurations and testing in proto environments.
• Able to roll out configuration changes in Production.
• Handle real time Production issues and provide optimum solutions.
• Assign/escalate issues to relevant teams with complete details in a timely manner.
• Comprehend complicated issues and communicate to all internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Analyze/document user requirements and create technical specifications.
• Efficiently deliver all assigned projects/tasks.
• Provide estimations of assigned work and work closely with Team Lead and GOPS management to ensure successful deliveries of all projects.
• Work closely with Customer/Client support, Relationship management, IT, Development and other Operations teams to ensure efficient outcomes.
• Review, manage & maintain knowledge base.
• Database knowledge SQL, Postgres, Ignite along with basic understanding of C would be a plus.
• FIX Protocol knowledge would be a plus.
