AlphaBOLD in Lahore is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead software and Dynamics 365 initiatives. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risk, while coordinating with clients and stakeholders across functions in a Pacific time zone environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in client-facing software PM, strong communication, and proficiency with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall. You will guide teams, drive delivery, and ensure value through clear objectives and disciplined

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of software project management in a client-facing role with a proven delivery track record.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 and software development processes/methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to make decisions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, resources, and risks.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams; assign tasks and ensure resources.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership; conduct regular project meetings.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies; manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Develop and manage project budgets; track expenses and report variances to leadership and client.
