Job summary

A consultancy firm in Lahore is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee client projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong technical and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Proven success managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Initiation

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

Conduct kickoff meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

Define project tasks and allocate resources effectively.

Project Execution & Monitoring

Drive day-to-day project operations, ensuring progress aligns with planned objectives.

Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting.

Maintain consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders.
