AlphaBOLD in Lahore is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead software and Dynamics 365 initiatives. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risk, while coordinating with clients and stakeholders across functions in a Pacific time zone environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of software project management in a client-facing role with a proven delivery track record.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 and software development processes/methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to make decisions and solve problems.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead and manage our software development and Dynamics 365 projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes and will be available to work in the Pacific time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, resources, and risks. Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members have the resources needed to meet project goals. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, team members, and leadership. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address challenges. Ensure effective communication within the client, project team and across departments.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent project delays or failures. Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources. Track project expenses and report variances to leadership and client.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, communicating clearly, delivering value, managing expectations, and fostering long-term trust and collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 4-6 years in Software Project Management in a client-facing role with a successful track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 & software development processes and methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools and software (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
