Job summary

HireOn is recruiting on behalf of a Lahore-based startup for a Jr. Technical Project Manager (office-based) with a strong programming background. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of software projects while collaborating with engineering, QA, product, and business teams.

Ideal candidates started in software development or QA and transitioned into project management, bringing hands-on technical understanding and delivery expertise. This is an onsite, full-time role in Lahore.

Qualifications

2+ years of total professional experience.
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Hands-on experience in Software Development, QA, Engineering, or Testing.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end software project delivery from planning to production release.
Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
Track project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, requirements, and delivery reports.
Collaborate with Product Managers to align development priorities with business goals.
Drive process improvements and delivery excellence across teams.
