Your Role:

As our Software Project Manager, you will gather project requirements through collaborative documentation with clients, expertly manage the product backlog, and oversee sprint planning and reporting. You’ll ensure project deliverables align with scope, schedule, and budget while proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying risks, and devising effective contingency plans. You will facilitate and participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams, coaching team members and resolving conflicts as needed. Monitoring and reporting on Agile performance metrics to stakeholders will be part of your daily routine, as will seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships. Above all, you will foster a collaborative environment that drives the creation of exceptional software.
